File rename

Friends i'm now facing a different problem in my system. When i create a new file(word,notepad,or etc...) i tried to name itbut it says that if you file name it format changes,i clicked yef it suddenly turned into file(when i tried to open it it is asking "open with"). Even every drives in mycomputer asking to "open with" whenever i tried to open them. Help me.

I think you have missed the EXTENSION name when you rename it...Try renaming your file WITH their EXTENSION...For example, if your file is .exe file, rename your file as whatever_your_file_name.exe on the rename box...Change whatever_your_file_name to your file name...I cannot guarantee it will work 100%, but it sure helps...Try it and good luck with your file renaming!

Hi1 friend your idea really worked. thank u. I'm facing same problem with drives. I have heard of drives asking for "open with".
