Which Way I Choose Now?

I am married, have 3 kids, live separate, My father live with my alder brother. My alder brother is mentally upset since 12 years. His wife sewing cloths to survive herself and 4 kids of my brother. One shop is owned by my father. A monthly rent is received from that shop. By Religion Rules I have share in that rent but i am not receiving that because the 4 kids, father, brother and brother's wife surviving on that rent. Now, the kids are become adult they are working and also studying too. I am employee and by the time its too difficult to manage my family with my current salary. Can I ask for my share in rent or wait more to settle my nephews on a good position to handle their family. Please give me the opinions whats the solution now?
