smart money card and eon visa card. / myLot

i am planning to make a smart money card for my ptc earnings but someone told me that eon visa card is much better. im from the philippines and i want to know your opinions on what card/bank account is better for online earnings like ptc sites. im planning to link it on my alertpay/paypal accounts. all opinions would be greatly appreciated:) thnx in advance^^

hey i am from Philippines too i do not have yet eon and i applied for smart money card, but soon i prefer to use eon card because it will cost you less and receive money easy here is how you do that apply to any banco de oro bank near you and poooof you have you eon card :D

for paypal accounts,banco de oro.i also used smartmoney from other sites and it is also useful.i did not have experienced for eon.(hope this could help).
