Cooking Vs Ready-made Food

Due to busy life most of girls like to eat ready-made foods. What did you think, Cooking is Best or Ready-made Food is best?

Ready made food is very hard to digest... I had a lot of it when I was single... Now that I have time to cook I feel like my stomach's feeling a lot better... Not to mention that ready-made food is fattening^^
