Musician/Song of the year? / myLot

It's almost the end of the year and MTV, Billboard and all other music institution are making their top 100's. I like music, but all I've been hearing recently are Taylor Swift, Lady gaga and Katie Perry songs! I'm at a loss. What about you, as id from the three artists, which do you think deserves the title musician of the year?

I can't understand most of it but if you have good music to recommend then I would be willing to try
