What do you think about this wordpress theme?

I just applied a new wordpress theme to my personal blog ITGeeg.com. This is purely my personal work. So I want to know you opinions on this new wordpress theme. Notes: This is a partly finished theme. I checked it under Chrome, Firefox3.6 and IE8. I don't know if it will show some error in IE6. I'll fix any bug, which will make it get wrong under IE 6, later.
