Joma, jose maria sison? is he really fighting for real communist mission? I watched the interview in TV a While ago... I personally cannot understand the true overall goals of the communist party's revolution, idealism, etcs... while he is doing a luxurious life abroad, the comrades here in the philippines are living a very hard life... there are really contradictions showed and ironies so real and the mass Npa, affiliates are believing still in the ideals, are also their way of the personal interests in the local areas....

Im totally lost when it comes to what the NPA are really fighting for. In a country which sees a huge amount of poverty, the antics of the NPA are preventing the much needed foreign direct investment which would enhance the lives of so many people - given the fact that FDI would bring much needed jobs. Isn't it really amazing that the NPA can have a truce for 16 days over the holiday season, but will carry on killing and attacking after the season of goodwill?

For me New Peoples Army is no longer the "People Army". I do not understand the cause of their uprising against the government. I just cant hardly appreciate their motive against Democracy. Dont they like the freedom? ' Nowadays the operation of The Movement is no longer to topple down the government. As you know, they bomb telecommunication towers. The reason? is it against the government? NO. They bomb it because of thePrivate entities' refusal to pay revolutionary taxes. For me, they are no longer a group of people who fight for change. THEY FIGHT for Existence.

Yeah I can see the glaring difference of the army versus the leader abroad. I cannot see why they are still fighting for something that seems to be an obsolete ideology already. We can see many countries that has fallen already even the father of communism which is Russia has embraced itself back to capitalism since they cannot survive if they would close down their country from outside world. China and Vietnam has reformed already to adapt with the changing world which is getting for their better since the country has been running quite well now they opened up with the outside world. North Korea, Cuba and some Central American countries are the only ones that support the idealism of communism these days and as you can see they are really struggling to make their country survive though they are denying that for now. As for our country, yes we are suffering from poverty because we have not perfected to govern our country free from corruption but I do not see that the NPA can solve this if they are given the chance to rule over the country. I think that it would even be more worse and chaotic than were we are in right now.
