who they have black skin or white skin?

I stay in yiwu city now,where there are so many foreigners here,especially the black man,some time they are so black,wow,sometimes I think about it,why does they have so balck skin?
also,why does the american has so white skin?

Well I guess the best answer I can give you is that the people's ancestors live in a certain spot for a few generations and certain places have different amount of sunlight. So the more sunlight there is in an area, the darker skinned people will be.
