What do you think about the site Realwritingjobs.com?

I received an email from this site Realwritingjobs.com. The sales pitch offers very attractive compensation for writing jobs. The catch is -- they have a membership fee. Any of you tried this site? Is it a scam or not?

I haven't tried it. But I was 50-50 is the side I have for this site. I guess we have to investigate more deeeper for this case
