even after the cancellations which law and order do you like and why?

the universal channel was a recent addition to the cable channels we have here in the philippines.
i fell in love with their law and order series, obviously reruns, and learned that they have some: law and order, law and order criminal intent and law and order svu. law and order los angeles isn't aired here yet.
i admit that since jerry orbach retired my favorite became their svu version. jerry orbach as a wise cracking detective had never been replaced. he even outshows chris noth which is like impossible, right?. so much so now that most of the series are "in the history books".
anyway, which law and order do you like?

I used to like the original and pretty much watched it all through the years. Criminal Intent was my favorite up until they dropped Vincent D'Onofrio after which I lost all interest in the show. I still watch SVU and for some reason, I've started watching Law and Order: UK on BBC America. I've gotten disappointed in the show because it has been recycling some of the plots from the original Law and Order which is why I'm not sure why I watch it. Perhaps I'm trying to see how often they rewrite the old scripts.

i agree with both of what you said. some plots are being recycled and it is quite surprising for me to notice since am watching reruns and not all of it am sure. am in the philippines and i think the local owners of the channel naturally wouldn't pay for the whole chunk of episodes that law and order has. i mean the reruns shown here is still being reran. but i also still watch them because, like you, am also waiting for how they would rewrite old scripts. but basically, i think, it's a show with quality though many got tired of it already. at least it really has a nice place in the history of television now.

Law and Order SVU seems to be the only one I tend to watch regularlly. I record LA, but mostly do not end up paying attention to it when I watch it and end up doing other things and not really care, as it just has not caught my interest the same as SVU.
