NUSkin Philippines what do you know about this company??

I got a call from someone telling me that they are planning to expand and need new executives and trainers for their business and since they say its part time I went to check it out. What happened was they talked about their product NUskin. When they started talking about 12600 pesos fee to get some training and products I was disappointed. I avoided MLM and direct selling like a plague since I'm not good at selling. I try to google the company and what i got are blogs calling them scammers. I'm leaning on the scamming part since they did not even mention their company name and totally mislead me by saying Teleperformance building instead of Octagon. I uesd to work for TP and I thought the company is affiliated to them and are looking for new part time trainer. Are you familiar with this company and are they really scammers???
