The most important point I can summarized is you should take pains. I think all of you agree with it. We often say "Three minute wonderful performance on the stage needs ten-year hard work". During the course of studing English, I also met a lot of difficulties, such as dull reciting, but I held the truth "No pains, no gains", and never gave it up. Then gradually find it easier for me.

Hi xielisen, you seem like the fan of AndyLau, Lau Tak Wah the Hong Kong famous singer. I simply guest from the photo attached here. I like reading and typing here frequently to improve my english writing skill. The time I had vacation in china I liked visiting big bookshops available there. I found there were lots of varieties CD, VCD for people to learn english. There were CD which we could improve our english by listening to or singing the songs. Very interesting I notice that there are sites from your country for users to learn english as well. Anyway it's more effective way to enhance our language to read and write here often. For conversation it's nice to listen to tv programs with subtitle frequently. And try to make it a habit to talk with english with people around who are english speaking.
Happy posting

This discussion popped out just on time with my assignments...I am doing an assignment on how subtitle helps in language learning, and as it seems like you like to watch movie I will suggest that you started learning English by watching English movie with its subtitle...In fact it is fun and also easier as you will learn how to pronounce a word properly and understand its meaning...Nevertheless, you also need to practice with your friends and family to sharpen your language skills. Hope that helps...Happy learning!
