Yes, Ricky Ponting has no longer that golden past any more. He has lost many key players with whom they won matches after matches and dominated the world in all format of the game. He is no more the shadow of his past. He is not batting well too. Michael Clarke or some other can do that captaincy for Australia. Time has come to change. Ponting should concentrate on batting rather than captaincy and batting. They are no more reigning team in any format of the game.

Really like to see this moments about "PROUD PUNTER".specially when aus.team had good players they always used to tease and sledging opposite teams to win match and now time has changed.

What most hurting is the batting form of him , he should perform in the rest of the matches to concrete his place in the team. He should take some lessons from Tendulker and VVS Laxman for how to play in pressure.

I agree. Australia don't have that killing punch any longer. I am sure England will win Ashes 2010.
