losing weight

hi all ! since last two years i have been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully. i have tried gymming , yoga and walking but nothing helps in losing inches.I eat homemade food only , nothing fried or heavy.Can you give me a few suggestions. Thnx

Hi scorpio Losing weight is not an easy job, so also gaining weight, you might be aware of people who eat lots to gain weight, but they can't, similarly, many go on dieting, fasting, take pills, herbal stuff to lose weight, but can't Wonder why yoga did not help you? My weight was 105 kgs, after retirement, physical activity was less i did the famous breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb Baba of india The important thing is it sets your body at right level, you may lose or gain, till it is constant, but need to continue it. Hi scorpio, this is one of the most difficult things in life lol...One can put on weight so very easily, but to lose that is a battle. I guess cutting down on what you eat and also being regular in your exercise and walking routine really helps. Another helpful thing is to drink a glass or two of water before Lunch and dinner , which automatically reduces your intake .Finally it all comes down to one's determination and will power I guess - all the best and have a nice day

I have a website that talks about how you can lose weight by eating the right foods, you may want to check my page. You know, sometimes, even if we do not eat heavy or fried, if we eat the wrong foods, we still get bulky. There are delicious meals that we can include in our daily diets that would allow us to burn fat such as the good carbs and good fats. You can actually have steak and still will not go fat if you just follow the program.
