My sister's wedding is fast approaching. She wanted to look her best on her wedding day, in fact, she took Glutanac with Rosehips vitamin C. It only took her three weeks to see the result. Since I am the matron of honor, I am also thinking of taking one bottle also, I am just worried because I am nursing my baby, I am afraid that the glutathione content may harm the baby, although I was told glutathione are simply amino acids that prevents the build-up of melanin. What do you think?

Hi Kyss, So just what does taking this do for you? It actually sounds pretty harmless but I would just call my doctor and ask if it would be harmful to the baby. It wouldn't hurt to ask, right?

Thanks. It is supposed to make my skin look fairer. I have asked a couple of doctors already and they said that the only side-effects is the lessened melanin production. However, they say there were no studies conducted on pregnant and lactating women.

Hi Kyss, I've seen your pics and you look just fine. You are a good looking lady. I think that since no one seems to know for sure, I'd err on the side of caution. I would probably not risk it until after you are done nursing your baby.

I suggest you shouldn't take one since you said you are nursering a baby. There maybe claims saying it is safe,of course they will say it is safe but we do not know if it is really true until you try it but are you ready to see the results after taking it? What if it might have some side effects to your baby? Don't put yourself into a situation that you might regret in the future, after all,it is not only you who will be the victim but your baby as well. Just be patient, you can still take it by the time you are done nursering your baby.

hi there. i think you should not take anything like those medications especially those that are not prescribed by the doctor since you are nursing your baby and any chemicals you are taking can be be transferred to your baby. Those medications may be safe for you but may not for your baby. maybe it is best if you can wait till you stop nursing your baby, or maybe just ask your doctor to be sure.
