Does he really care about me?

My BF and I have been together for nearly nine years.But I quite don't understand the way he love me.He always has his own reasons.And everytime,I'll believe him.But sometimes,when I think over the questions,I always think they are all his excuses.And he doesn't really care about me.He just care about himself.However,what can I do?I love him so much and I can not imagine living without him.

i'm also facing the same problem which you are facing but i also don'y know what to do. I feel as if he is cheating me but then too i still love him i cant imagine my life with out him i still need him

try to explain your bf what you think,and find out ways to heal this relationship.
