Winning a cell phone with prayer programed on it / myLot

Last two months ago someone called me on the phone that I won a cell phone on electronic raffle as a PLDT DSL broadband subscriber. they said that I will just wait at home and they will deliver the cell phone. I didn't believe it then but it's true I won a cell phone (My phone). We were happy in the family. The funny thing is that the cell phone was programed to a prayer about tree times a day. A prayer of catholic religion and I am not a catholic, I want to remove the prayer programed in the cell phone, can you please help me what to do in my cell phone. Did you experience also winning like these?

I think you can check the file manager, like the other users say. Or you can check your application if you can uninstall it. However, some factory settings and applications that are built into the phone are locked to it so you can't erase it. If it really bothers you, why not sell it? I mean, it's basically brand new. So you can still get a pretty good price for it, Then you can just buy a phone that you really want. If it were me, that's what I'd do.

Hi allamgirl, It really bothers me the prayer but I don't to want to sell, I'll keep it as a remembrance, it's my first time to win ever since. My last remedy maybe is to bring it in a repair center.

That's pretty cool that you won something like that! As long as it is a phone with lots of features who cares if it prays three times a day! lol! I haven't ever won anything like that! congrats!

Hi, Congratulations for Your new phone! So basically You want to remove the software/program which is installed on your cell phone..? Is the software present in The phone memory or a memory card? If you tell that what kind of phone is it,maybe i can help better. Also,Please tell in brief about the problem..I would try my best to help you on this! Thanks

Hello steelfist, Brand of the cellphone is MYphone, Do you know this kind of cellphone? I think the prayer was on the phone memory because I did not yet put the memory card, and the prayer will stop when I off the cell. Hours of prayer around 6am, 12nn, 3pm and 6pm. I havn't use yet cause of the prayer. Thank you for your response.
