How to deal with anxiety for an exam?

National Medical Admissions Test is a few days away. And yes I am very anxious about it. I've spoiled myself just to not think about it. I just couldn't! My future lies in it. Its my 2nd time to attend and I don't wanna fail rather have low percentage again. Hayssss. What can you recommend on coping up with stress, specially anxiety? Thank you myloters!

Well anxiety is some thing that one should never think of. It creates only problems for you like you might think that you not remember the stuff you read but just have confidence in yourself. Cramming is bad you tend to forget stuff just reason with what you study and try to relate it to what you have already studied. If you ever start getting too nervous just put your right hand on your heart hnd say "ALL IS WELL" while your chest it will surely help.

Well..I know how bad it feels when an important exam is near..What you can do is..Just don't worry much about it..Have good sleep at night..Don't mess up your sleep for the exam..Study Not more Than what is possible for you..You won't feel good if you study more than what you can And probably you won't even be able to learn much from the books if you're not studying by your heart.. So,Don't be tensed at all..Just chill and give the exam happily.. All the best! May you have very good results!

when i am anxious i eat my favorite foods, DBE (deep breathing exercise), and just think positively.
