PSP console rental business - hit or flip?

I was thinking about setting up my own business. And since me and my son loves playing PSP, I thought of PSP console rental. Its setup is similar to a computer rental. I could start from 4-5 PSP units first. It may be hard to secure the small parts of the PSP (like memory card, UMD, battery), I just have to think about it carefully. But what I'm more excited about is the network plays. I could hold tournaments for a certain PSP game. The rate will be hourly, just have to benchmark first the cost. And about the games, I think software owners have this rental features of their games, I still have to check on it. What do you think the business would become?
