"I am that I am" is a song by the legendary singer Peter Tosh. I am hearing this song for the first time and only came across it while searching for another of his songs to share in a comment to another discussion here. I think there is such a noticeable disparity between the qualities of the songs of yesteryear and those of today. The oldies but goodies just never die or go stale and in this case even when hearing one for the first time they catch and hold your attention. Every era will produce its own style of music but what do you honestly think of the quality of the songs being produced now?
