Why you call soccer to futbol?

Is the sport more important in the world a lot of people call football but specially in USA call Soccer why???? I think football is football I don´t care if in USA have other sport with the same name is the only country in the world :S

you r right because in football u use you legs thats why its called foot-ball
i dont get it why in the usa called soccer nobody like to say soccer.
everybody likes to called football.
