Is buxess gone for good?

This Monday I tried to log in to my Buxess account, but I would just get an error message. Today I tried again but got a message telling me "Welcome to buxess.com to change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory". Was this a scam because I don't remember anyone getting paid by them.

Buxess announced that they change the servers and the site will not be available for 36 hours. I read this 2 hours ago, but I'm not very sure where.

Now it's 12 hour, so the went scamming us.
