I learned, regret and move on with my life

Lately,I regret what I did to my parents.I lie to them.I feel down and ashamed.They never trust me at all.I learned to trust,respect and obey them.I hoped that they can forgive and forget what I did do them.Do you any experiences with your parents like me?
