nicole scherzinger the lead vocalist of the dolls she's half filipina.she says,jockingly,that she was excited to come to the philippines because she wants to be in a place where everyone looks like her.she cried as she stepped off the plane when she saw line of people waiting for them.nicole began performing with actors theatre of louisville.she later majored in theatre arts at wright state university,but put her studies on hold to pursue dancing. kimberly wyatt kimberly has danced simce she was seven years old by the time she was 14 she was earning scholarship to study in new york each summer.robin antin,pcd's founder says,'kimberly is the sexiest dancer i have ever seen in my life. ashley roberts ashley began dancing at the age of 8.after high school she moved permanently to los angeles and within six months of her move she was also a pussycatdolls. melody thornton lastly,is the baby of the group.she was found from the open call audition.she saw the dolls on mtv and heard they were auditioning for a new band member.melody went along to the audition and was chosen 'it's a cinderella story',she says. jessica sutta started dance classes at the age of 3,and at 14 she went to the new world school of the arts to study dance.she joined the miami heat dance team in 1999,and became it's captain in 2001.
