Do you consider yourself a nerd using mylot a lot?

Living in the UK I personally have never heard anyone talking about mylot before and I came across it pretty randomly. To be honest its like any other social network program we although I believe we are able to communicate more freely. For example on any other social network would be learn about others and their culture. So in this way I prefer being social on this as you're bound to find something of interest rather than the usual asking your friends how they are after seeing them just a day ago.

We are not nerds. We just like to write and enjoy socializing with other people.

I enjoy participating at mylot. Different topics of discussions and search for new friends is a very worthwhile way to spend time online. I would not consider myself or anyone else to be a nerd for using mylot. That would be an insult to us all.

Some people thinks that using mylot can make them look like a nerd because they dont have the interest on mylot. But for me i dont consider myself as a nerd because of using myLot. I joined myLot because i want to earn,socialize,be happy and most of all to LEARN things.:)

I would say that everyone has their inner nerd. To be a complete nerd is to have no balance in life, as long as you get out of your house every once and a while and away from the screen all is well.

I don't think of myself as a nerd. The only reason why I enjoy mylot is because I get to participate in a lot of discussions. I also think that being literate in computers and the internet doesn't make someone a nerd. It only makes you more knowledgeable compared to other people.

What?? Are any of your fiends on facebook, myspace and others so why would they say that about a site that not only you interact with great members, you learn, you earn. Huh, maybe the part they are missing. LOL

Ahahah your friend is so funny to have said that to you! You're not a geek or a freak at all or a nerd spending your time in mylot. I don't judge people who stay in front of the computer all the time and hey, you're so much better than her coz you're earing money from here. I think she is a little bit immature! But we also need to spend time outdoors and not spend the whole day in front of the computer all the time. Mylot is just a past time for me and I don't see anything wrong with it. Sometimes it's even better talking in her than talking to friends who don't make sense at all. Happy mylotting dear!

NO!!! I beg to disagree!!!! Actually mylot is the best site for me.I enjoy here in expressing my feelings. I know how to be social here. I can consider mylot is a form of entertainment rather than other networking sites. The best of all, i can develop my english skills and writing sills here in mylot. CHEERS to MYLOT!!!!!!!!

No, I do not think that way, all of as has his or her own reason for being online for extended periods of time, Mylot or whatever it is you are doing, in fact how you socialize and behave on social networking sites in my opinion reflects how you behave in real life. I have plenty of friends and business associates and spend a lot of time surfing the internet to find new ideas and to make a little extra or do purchases, then how does that make me a nerd?

well, I really think it is a private freedom to get on mylot. so for the mylot user just do as u wish. but for a stranger,he also has the freedom to speak to think. so, for me, I usually do what I wanna do and ignore what others say. while when I hear somebody else spend too much time on mylot, I would think he has spent too much time online and could he find any other better way to kill time?
