Ciao.com was a great site for me before. I would earn $5 in just three days because of my referrals but the site closed because of scammers. I don't know now if they're trying to revive the site. About reviewstream, it's a paying site based on the testimonials of other bloggers.I joined this site but haven't reached the minimum payout since I'm too lazy to write reviews.

You cannot cheat on Review Stream because they will suspend you if they find that your review was from another site. I was accused of cheating and I didn't cheat, but they said I did. I emailed them and they re-instated my account, but you can't cheat there.

I don't know about Ciao.co.uk ....I think it's a paying site. The problem before in CIAO was that there were a lot of members who abused the system coming from Asia. I think what they did was overhaul the site and created a new one for people from UK only. You can give it a try. It wouldn't hurt if you join.
You can't cheat on reviewstream. I think it would be unfair to do that. If I wrote an article and just copied and pasted it on reviewstream, I would be pissed off because that's stealing of intellectual property. The site also has a way of knowing if your writeup is legit.

Review Stream does pay and I've received three payments from them and I'm working on the fourth, I do thin the site pays, but you have to know how to write for them.

I've only done reviewstream and my experience didn't turn out very well. At first it was fine. They were accepting my reviews and paying 50 cents for them. They were mainly book and movie reviews. Not a huge amount, but I have a lot of books and movies that I could review. I've heard more expensive and popular items could get you as much as 5 dollars a review if they accept it. Still, I was satisfied with my 50 cents and even figured that I had more than enough material to maybe even get the 50 dollar pay out within a month. But, soon, they started rejecting my reviews. My writing wasn't getting any worse. In fact, I'd say my earlier reviews (the ones they accepted) were lower quality than the ones I got rejected on. When I emailed them, I was told that I could write about anything, but they didn't want the same types of reviews by one person. Which pretty much told me that since I wrote a lot of entertainment reviews, I would get rejected if I wrote any more. Which isn't really helpful, because they're the only things I know anything about. At least from my experience, if you don't have a lot of very diverse subjects to write about, you'll probably find it very hard to make it to pay out.
