Not always. I think the reason for killing should be analyzed. I mean there wont be a good enough reason to kill someone , but still it may have some weight. And i think the person's status , history and background also should be taken into account because he\she may not be actually that bad-hearted person.

That is for the courts decide. And I'm really kind of in two minds about this. At one hand, I think that people who murder others, especially children, should have to die in the slowest most painful way possible and rot for all eternity. On the other hand, there are so many variables like mental illnesses and the fact that the person might have been framed to consider. As sophisticated as gathering evidence has been, it is by no means foolproof.

No I do not think that a killer should be killed. This is a really sensitive issue for a lot of people as some killers have done some terrible things and show no sympathy for what they did , still it is not right to murder them. They will have to speak to god to find out an appropriate action on whether they are worthy of heaven after they make demesne for what they have done by doing some task in the afterlife as a spirit.People that kill in cold blood and get joy form it are not fit for society and that is why they are locked away in prison cells or padded rooms. In rare cases when they are not doing it on purpose and are legitimately insane then this is even more complicated as how will a mind such as that enter heaven.I believe god will fix the issue upon entering the afterlife and the person will be spared due to thier brain not functioning normally like most others.

People shouldn't kill someone because of they killed another person ,if they do that's means they are a killer too. So only God can give punishment to them and we can not.
