One of my favourite ways to pass time is by sleeping. I get roughly 9-10 hours sleep a night, and wake up nice and fresh in the morning. BUT, sometimes I wake up really bad in the morning. Sometimes it's that I ate to much the previous night, sometimes it's because I slept funny on my neck. What robotic do you have when your sleeping

Welcome to mylot
Sleep is so essential to keep our body fit in all respects, experts say we need 6-8 hours of sound sleep. For me i go to bed at 10pm, after taking a shower, i drink a glass of warm milk, pray, i get up at 6am sharp irrespective of the weather, i feel so fresh and full of energy..
Thank you so much for this discussion .

i use to sleep maximum 8 hours a night, generally less than this 8 hours. I always feel rest after sleeping, even though i slept 5 or 9 hours. But sometimes i sleep more than 9 hours(vacation, weekend) i wake up really tired, don't know why.
