Hello fellow MyLotters, I have another question about the new 8 gigabyte Ipod Touch fourth generation. I know about all the extra features, but is it worth spending the $229? If you don't know about them, here's some extra information:
The greatest new feature is the addition of two cameras on the front and back of the Ipod. With these, you can record videos or take pictures, and use Facetime. Facetime is similar to Skype, although you can only call other ipod touch or iphone users(Macs may be able to use it; I don't own one). Although the cameras have less than a megapixel(.7 mps), Apple has added hd or hr to make them look almost as clear as the iphone 4, with 5 megapixels. The new retina display, which adds a higher resolution to the iphone, is a 960x640. The ipod touch has a new look as well. The edges are tapered, or rounded. The wifi indicator on the back of the third generation has been taken off the back. The back is similar to the third generation, metallic with the Apple logo. It is also the slimmest model of the series, almost one-third the size of the Iphone fourth generation. It has the A4 chip, which is included in the Iphone 4 and the Ipad. What this chip does is make web-searching and page-flipping very fast. Those are all the features I know of, so I ask you again, is it worth the $229? Thank you for your feedback, and I look forward to hearing from you.
