Is it possible for the weakest link on a team to learn and grow to become the strongest link?

I don't think the weakest link at present will still be the weakest in the end, on the contrary,with the help of other members in the team,the weakest will be stimulated and grow. I had see so many examples in life about that.

Anything is possible and there is always hope for each one to change and become better than the present status. But sometimes, we have to look into the capabilities and capacities as well. The person might just be in the wrong place and would shine in another.

Absolutely, anything is possible. Never loose faith..
If one is willing to take on the challenges to learn, to gain the knowledge to be able to become stronger, then I believe it can happen.
