Ajax in the CL

As a fan of Ajax and Dutch football in general, I am so happy when Ajax beat Milan in the CL. I know that the last match was meaningless for Milan because they were already through to the next phase. But, I think for Ajax it means something. They can go to Europa League. Remember that Ajax has new coach, their former player, Frank De Boer, after Martin Jol resigned a few days ago.

Of course the match was very meaningless but I saw Ajax regaining the passion they lost when Jol was still the coach. I am glad he's gone, he ruined Suarez saying suarez' bite was a bite of love and he made him play way too many matches. Now that he has had rest for a few weeks you see his skills again. Very dangerous in front of the goalie. ;-) It's also awesome to see how Eriksen runs when he's not in possession of the ball. I think he's going to be a top football player for sure. Btw, Jol demanded he be paid until the end of the season. How's that love for a football club? It's pathetic.

I hope that Frank de Boer can do the magic with Ajax. Maybe he can be the Pep Guardiola of Ajax. Who knows that he can lead Ajax to be the champions of Europa League. Ajax is famous with their youth academy. They should find some talented footballers from their own academy. Why can't they find a player like Patrick Kluivert or like Frank de Boer himself? Or, like Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart....

Because the board are a piece of scumbags who don't know anything about football. So they can't determine priorities.

Yes, this is pretty a custom of Italian teams not to force themselves, they do only what is necessary. They were already through and they haven't really tried to put up a great display. But this takes nothing from Ajax Amsterdam's credits, they have tried everything and now they leave the competition with heads held up. And they can continue in the Europa League so they still have a chance for an European trophy. It is a long time here since Ajax has won anything on European stage.

even it`s useless for ajax, it is proof that ajax appreciate this tittle.. they fight like the final.. but i think it`s red alert for milan...they are lost in their home

At one time, Ajax is a powerhouse in European soccer. But they have now become more of a feeder club for the rest of the european league. They unearth good young players, turn them into a better player and then sold them off to another club.

Ajax has Suarez, and he is, in my opinion, the best player they have.It was a pity that Ajax had such a tough group, with Real Madrid and Milan but at least it showed how tough Ajax is. Maybe its time for Lodeiro to shine =)
