I have problem with Onbux. / myLot

I tried to invest onbux from Paypal, but it failed. I didn't understand why happened. I want to transfer money to onbux for rental balance.

Could you give more information? The problem comes from PayPal or Onbux? Your Paypal account was verified, wasn't it? If not, your account must be verified first. Otherwise, are you sure that you have enough money in your paypal account or in your credit card to transfer?

I don't have any credit card. I have money in my paypal account.

You should make a credit card. Otherwise you can try to add your bank account. I never try by this way but I think possible. I also remind that if you aren't from US or EU, sometime your bank don't allow Paypal, so try to make more than 1 credit card at difference bank and try one by one. You can also add more than 1 credit card to your account.

What was the error that pops out? Maybe it could be the system down or some sort. Guess you should wait for few hours or maybe 1 day and see how it turns out.

It noted refund when I got my email from paypal, then I read it.

Only verified PayPal or verified AlertPay accounts are allowed to transfer amount to onbux rental balance. First of all verify your PayPal account by adding up your bank account which is very easy to do or verify with a card. In AlertPay also you can verify by doing few steps. If you have mobile phone then you can verify AlertPay account within seconds. Or add a card to your AlertPay account and verify by following the steps instructed by AlertPay. The other options are pay with Liberty Reserve it won't requires any verification.
