AN iPHONE OR AN iPOD TOUCH?

The Ipod touch really is the same thing as the Iphone except of course you can call and text. So if you are looking for a gift, the Iphone obviously has more to choose from, cause it's a phone. If your not looking for a phone, then stick with the Ipod touch. I own an Ipod touch, and I love it. :)

I say go the iphone. You can use iphone to listen to music as well as to watch video. But with ipodtouch, you cant use it to make phone calls. So given this two scenario, the choice is obvious.

If your purpose is to use it as a phone more as a media device then choose the iPhone. If your purpose is to use it more for music, video and games then the iPod Touch is much better.

I feel that I-Phone is much better than I-Touch as I-phone and I-touch both of them have the same features. the only Difference is that I-Phone has calling functions. So Overall I-Phone is a better gadget as it has more Functions and Better Technologies. So Logically I feel that I-Phone should be preferred over I-Touch. I-Phone 4 is priced close to 950$ in India. I don't know about other countries. Hope you do get a better Gadget.

well... i have to say it: THE BOTH ARE THE SAME THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the only difference is that iphone is a kind of cellphone, iPhone is an iPod touch with camera and the possibility to make phone calls, if i were you i could prefer to buy an iPhone for the camera, but iPod touch is a great election if you don't have the money to buy an iPhone!!!!!

i would say get a ipod touch 4generation as it is the latest model and has good overall qualities including camera and good graphic displays. the iphone would also be ideal but it is more costly and it may be trendy but i recommend maybe getting an ipod touch plus a new phone on a cheap affordable plan

ipod touch. there are more things you can do better with it. besides, i think he already has a phone. so ipod touch is a better option.
