how do you feel when your boss shout at you in the office?

today i send delivery information to our client, my boss shout at me,"you shuld not write like that, you will make thing become more complicated", then he angrily tell me what happen, i say i donnt know this until now, in fact i really donnt know what happened, what's their solution, I feel unfair, but after a while, he writes mail to client explaining i donnt know the situation, he come up to me and softly say where my problem is, i feel better, why does boss cant control his temper when he find problem? how about your boss?
