facing problems as a task creator!!!

hello guys, i am facing some problems in creating new tasks at mylot --- 1 my created tasks are getting expired before the expiry date. 2 i am unable to use my task funds lying idle in my expired tasks section. i contacted mylot support..but didn't got any feedbacks. can you tell me the possible solutions in overcoming these problems??
