Hmmmm.... Thank you for this info. I had an account there as well but I was not active recently because I started now to have a new job that is why I am not able to log in there anymore. You should contact the admin there and create a new account for you to be able to contact them.

The sensible thing to do would be to contact Triond.
Are you sure that you are using the correct email address and typing it in correctly? (These are the two most common errors, believe it or not!) Check your emails for the original registration/confirmation email from Triond (you DID keep it, didn't you?). That email account will be the correct one to use ... and you may very well find that they confirmed your password in that mail!

go to the bottom of the email and see if there is a link to where you can go to your account. Many programs do this. IF not there should be a contact us link there too. That is the first place I would look to try figure this out.

Hi dear,
Have you referred their FAQs or guidelines? Please refer to it. If you are not active for 45 days or above, the account will get automatically suspended or deleted. Make sure that you didn't logged in for those many days. I am not sure about the said site policy. A similar incident happened with me and I am sure about the login and password also correct. But when enquired, they come back with saying such an explanation. So, check it and whatever you must have earned my lose because of non function for several days. But in your case, you need to check with them, what could be the reason and please contact them for the exclusive reason.
So, henceforth, even if you don’t do it, just login to the site frequently so that the account will be active. It is not applicable to all sites. Every company must be having their own policies and guidelines.
Thank-s

The best alternative for you now is to contact Triond and tell them exactly what's the problem and most importantly, explain in detail so that they can help you. I've experienced this before but not at Triond, it was from another site and all I did was to contact the admin and after a few minutes, the problem was over. Hope you can get over this soon!
