will vipo clix pays me??

i requested my first payout from vipclix yesterday. recently this site reduced the ad cost a lot(upto $0.001) from $0.005. and it took so much time for me to reach payout even with 4 referrals. atlast i reached to it yesterday and requested it. recently this site also got removed from the legit list of ptc-investigation. i'm in doubt abt my payment now. did anyone here got paid by it recently?
