Where do animals go when they die

Do you think they go to heaven or hell? or just rot in the ground

I beleve that they go to animal heaven, but depending of what religion you are depends on what you should believe. For example, Catholics believe that animals do not have souls so therefore they go into the ground (I was told this by my Aunt and later asked a preiest and he confirmed).
