In Revelations it states what will happen before the return of the True Christ! There are many signs of things and you are supposed to watch out for the begining of these signs. Because when these signs began to happen the end of this earth age is at hand! One of the signs of the Revelations is there will be a deadly wound to the beast; one being education , politics , financial , and the last being religion . Have you seen this guy that did something to wiki up? I can't remember it all but he made a statement that if he went to jail he would release something that would be like a doomsday to the whole system. I wish I had started this discussion when I heard it on the news. But today as I was making the bed I heard something on the news that made me think about the deadly wound that satan will appear to say he can fix it. Have you heard about this? Could this be the starting of the deadly wound? Have you read Revelations? Or are you taught that you don't have to understand the book of Revelations? I wouldn't ever believe that I shouldn't know all of Gods word. Do you think that you don't need to understand Revelations?

I have struggle3d to understand Revelations many times. Just when I think I have a glimmering of it, someone comes along with another interpretation or explanation. I do understand and believe the basics and I think that you're right in seeing that we are close to the very end before the return of Christ. Financially, the world is in bigger trouble than we can imagine. Every nation is wobbling economically and the powers that be keep doing things that make it worse. Laws are being put into place that put the population of the entire world under control of one entity and that's a set up for the beast and his followers.
Revelations is full of symbolism and so many do not agree on what the symbols mean or how the prophecy will work out, but still, we must beware and watch. Our redemption draweth nigh!

Hi Peavey. I was raised to believe that I would fly away before the anti christ came. What a crock of lies that is I have found out so much by listening to a teacher of Gods word the way it was meant to be taught. http://www.shepherdschapel.com/index.htm I found him by chance I was mad at my ex and knew he wouldn't like listening to a preacher. To my surprise I couldn't take my eyes off him and I couldn't turn the chanel. I have learned that the way I was raised was the wrong way. I have found out that we all will be turned into spiritual bodies when the true Christ returns. This man opened my eyes to the truth of Gods word. Time is too short not to learn the truth and be prepared for The LORDS return.

I was raised in a church that believes in pretribulation rapture, too, but when I started studying the Bible on my own, I couldn't find enough in there to support that. I do not look forward to the tribulation, but when it's all said and done, what a wonderful time that will be! When we have "put off this mortal coil" for the heavenly body and to be with God forever.

Hi Peavey. Even the prophets back in Jesus day wanted to live in these days and times. It says in the bible that our tribulations won't last more then 10 days. I can hardly wait to be put in front of the anti christ I will let the Holy Spirit speak through me and everyone will understans what is being said all over the world. The devil is coming in peaceful he won't be here torturing and killing people, who would believe he was god if he did this? Not me I would know he was and is the devil. Don't worry if you trust in God you will be fine my friend. I can hardly wait!

I read some of the verse in revelation. It will be prophesied what is happening the coming days and end of all things including this world...
All what happen today is a sign of the coming days of the Lord. But our Lord Jesus Christ teach on what to and escape from the rain of fire on Judgement day...
As our God commanded Noah in the time floods and end all the creature who is not believe with Noah...that will also happen in these last days.
Here is what I want to share with you, friend. Hope you like to read it

Man always wanted to know, and if not, even to imagine how the future will look like: of or individually, and the world, and one of the most intriguing questions that has ever been made??: world has an end? how will it be? and the answers and gave them, or not mentioned in written history took appearance of vision more or less extensive, but almost always frightening. With the Revelation of the Bible the term has entered the consciousness of humanity as a spiritual symbol of the end of the world, he has yet more valences. Apocalypse is, first, a revelation about some mysterious reality, it is, then, a prophecy, because the reality is going to happen, is, finally, a vision whose scenes and figures are all symbols. The term "apocalyptic" has also become the symbol of the last days of the world, which will be marked by frightening phenomena: huge gulf of the sea, mountains collapse, splitting of the ground, igniting the air and sky, in a voice of indescribable. Perhaps we should say that in Norse mythology, before Christianity imposed image, Celtic goddess of war portends the end of the world said: blending seasons, corruption people, decadent social classes, wickedness, moral decay. On the other hand historian Strabo mentions in his writings that, after allegations Druids, only one day will rule the fire and water. If you read Apocalypse Bible of course seen as the most important symbolic element in John's vision is the beast with "seven heads and ten horns," the mouth "opened to blaspheme the name of God and His tabernacle and those who live in heaven. "Since historically, the beast symbolizes the Roman Empire idolaters that led war against Christians, in heaven's plan symbol Devil fight against Christ, after his victory in this world past beast is meant final defeat: it will be overcome by such a conclusion lamb ... light can be interpreted as a victory for good in the world final, if the apocalypse will hit Earth, the world as we know it will perish, but, somehow, man and history will be saved to continue after it, and the world will be better. Inclined to believe that Apocalypse, certain or potential, as I think everyone will be as great purification. Only well.

Yes, and it is nothing but the interpretation of a crazy dream by the Apostle John, an interpretation politically-motivated to scare people out of 'getting too powerful' (coz you know in`n ya gets TOO powerful, you'll sure-as-shootin` bring `bout the flamin` end-o`-the-world!)
I'm pretty sure Jesus doesn't actually say "end of the world," but the King James Version MIStranslates words that actually mean something more like 'age' or 'year' or 'season' or 'millennium.'
Most of the Bible is just a creative story based on astrological fairy-tales.

The bible isn't a fairy tale! But believe what you will. It is earth age if you want to know. There was an earth age when satan rebelled God didn't want to destroy all HIS children so HE destroyed that earth age and created this earth age. Then When Christ returns to destroy the devil Christ coming will destroy this earth age and we that believe in God will start the third earth age. Wasn't a dream it was a vision that God sent to John.

The Bible is as much a man-made creation as any other book (whether the book be fact or fiction).
The Word that is as close to 'God's writing' as anything gets is "astrology"; it's a 'cave-drawing' across the night sky that people have looked up-at and made stories out of since before writing was invented. It's good that all those stories fit together so evenly.
And what's the difference between 'a vision from God' and 'a dream based on astrology?'
