Santa clause id true or not?

do you believe in Santa clause?according to the cartoon television that i watched they told that Santa clause giving a gifts every Christmas. but my mother said that the Santa clause is not true. it is only a imagination person. but still i want to have a Santa because i want more gift every Christmas.

Your question is very timely. My 5 year-old daughter just asked me the other day about Santa. I explained to her that it all started with St. Nicholas. That he was helping the poor especially the children. And then I told her, that from then on, we've always believed in Santa. He's bringing presents every Christmas to make every child happy. I'm just glad that the idea of Santa is here with us. It makes Christmas more exciting.
