Losing Weight with Fiber

I am going to start out the year 2011 a whole 55 pounds lighter than I began the year 2010 at. I attribute my weight-loss to Fiber almost entirely. FiberOne has been instrumental in making fiber a trendy topic with regard to nutrition. Now you see the word written on almost every type of product in the grocery store. Even kids cereal brands like FrootLoops are touting fiber levels right there on the box.
I chose to go a more nature route with fiber consumption. FiberOne products were the only "processed" type of food that I ate. I preferred to get my fiber intake via more natural sources like vegetables, fruit and whole grains.
55 pounds is nothing to laugh at. That's almost half a person, albeit a small person. I feel pretty amazing, and healthier all 'round.
Has anyone else discovered the wondrous weight-loss benefits of fiber?

yes, I love to consume those rich fiber foods.. I like to have breakfast with fruit rich of fibers.. .I have successfully reduce my weight by consumed fibers tablet combined with shake milk from herbal as well..
I ate them regularly and also combine with regular exercise..I think you have to try it and get more benefit from them..
