Converting from PC to Mac?

I have used a PC all of my life. I think I have probably twiddled around on one of those tiny Apple computers they had in all the schools back in the 90s for a collective 20 minutes.
Is it a difficult switch to make? I've heard it's so worth it.

No, it is not difficult to switch or use a Mac. If an 8 year old can use a Mac why not any adults who use and understand computer, specifically PC. Macs are Computer machines. They are the easiest computer to use.
