Getting into Med School?

I'm an aspiring student hoping to get into med school. I've been so dedicated I've already started teaching myself differential diagnostics and ER prepping procedures. I'm also writing a document of symptoms, and their possible diagnoses. My family isn't extremely rich, and we live in a suburb. In fact, I won't be able to get into Harvard Med (which is where I want to go) without a scholarship. At my level of knowledge, do you think I have a chance of making it into med school? I'm 14, and have attended national competition (search "kevin cai national science bowl") in the eighth grade.
