Is Dollarleash a legit investment site or a scam?

I am looking to invest $7 with Dollarleash but I still dont have my final decision. i am hoping if there is anyone here who knows about the site or a member of the site. Is it really a paying investment site or some sort of a scam site?

Most matrix or so-called High Yield sites are usually scams no one makes any money who join such sites. The best way to earn some money is to work for it. There is no such thing as "easy money" these type of sites are a waste of your time and money.
