But my friend has this costume of wearing dress of the 80's. sounds cool! How about you guys? What's your office's christmas party costume?

I don't have an office job so there won't be an office party of any kind. I don't like working at offices because usually the pay is horrible, unless you have a ton of degrees and know people. I will be working on Christmas since my field is entertainment and our costume will be what we always wear at work: a pair of torn up and bleached jeans and a black top with decorative chains on it. Sounds funny but looks OK. It would be fun if we had a Santa's helper dress or something though.

Yeah I think it looks okay. At least you're still happy for Christmas and could celebrate it the fun way with your co-workers. :)

Hahaha, I wish. Last Christmas, I was awful because the people that chose to have fun where I was working were really rude and some woman wanted to pick a fight on me. I hope this year it will be better. And maybe I can join some friends or staff and go celebrate somewhere else after we're done (around 7 am)

That's what we're planning to do too. Since we're not going to have any Christmas party at the office, we planned to just have our own Christmas dinner together. I know it would be fun even there's only a few of us. Merry Christmas! :)

I have been working online all year so I will not have the normal office parties that I use to when I was working at the office. I am however attending a lot of my boyfriends Christmas parties. I have been so blessed to be with my boyfriend as he is such a wonderful man. He is an actor so we have already gone to four parties, and have several more coming. Merry Christmas to you my dear friend and with all your loved ones.

I lost my careered job this past January. I have had no luck in getting back on my feet. I have been trying though to get back but in the interim, I have been doing independent contracting.. so I do anything form computer programming, to rating customer service.. It varies daily and take what I can get. Also online I do a great many online sites. I have resorted to working 12 -14 hour days to do anything to be able to pay bills. It is very draining on a daily basis, but it was way more draining when I did nothing. I do wish us both a very Prosperous upcoming year, and hope your Christmas is lovely.

That's good for you that your boyfriend brings you at his parties. You don't go in the office and just been working online? What do you do?

We have a Christmas party coming up (this week! This Thursday) and it should be fun. I'm glad that we still have this party, as it's really the only party we have - the only company perk, really. They have free food, drinks, games, prizes, and it's just a fun time to get together. Unfortunately the ONE thing we DON'T have is costumes!!! Most people will probably be dressed up or dressed down, depending on their moood. There is no costume party though... Although I suppose we could dress up in costumes if we truly wanted to! lol

For our christmas party, our company's theme was white christmas. So everything must be in white. Even though I was not able to attend the party, I saw the creative costumes of my officemates. There was one wearing a wedding gown, the queen from narnia, jabawokee, astronaut and some chose to be just simple. The winner was the jabawokee man and for the ladies its the queen from narnia ;)

wow. How creative of your colleagues are. Wearing a costume as queen of narnia would really make her win. That would be gorgeous. :)
