Meditation is very helpful in daily life . It has numerous advantages. Here we like to invite you to share your experiences of meditation. The purpose of this discussion is to help other who dont know the usefulness of meditation. We also invite those we dont know how to start meditation .

I have been practising meditation for nearly 20 years now. Almost every evening (except those when I get back home from work too late), I would meditate for atleast 30 minutes. That is an excellent way to relax and cleanse the mind of all the stresses of the day. Meditation is very good for mental as well as physical health. There may be meditation teachers in the city where you are living who can guide you on the ways for practising meditation.
