usefulness and content of tomatoes?

Fruit is one type of food that contains nutrients, vitamins and minerals which are generally very good to eat every day. Compared with chemical drugs supplements sold in the shops, the fruit is much safer without the dangerous side effects as well as from the generally much cheaper price than the supplements that have the same function. The following are the benefits and content of tomatoes: TOMATO FRUIT (Tomato) - Tomato contains vitamins A, B1 and C. - Tomatoes can help cleanse the liver and blood of our hearts. - Tomatoes may prevent various diseases and other health problems such as: a. bleeding gums. b. night blindness / kotok chicken. c. blood clotting. d. appendix. e. prostate cancer and breast cancer.

I love tomatoes :P I eat them like the way they are with salt . I make tomato juice with them and i love it with black paper and salt for drinking . I also use tomato juice in cooking for sauces and all are best tasting :)We make chutney ( i think that was the word ) with the tomatoes and i eat it all the time :P Well overall - DAMN i'm a tomato addict and i dont care :P

I love tomatoes. They are definitely a very nutrient rich vegetable, and they work great on many different foods. I try to eat some every day for my health. Thanks for the informational post. I never knew they had so much good stuff going on! Happy Mylotting!
