What far have you gotten counting sheep

So last night, I had difficulty going to sleep until I remembered that counting sheep might help you go to sleep. I remember getting up to 486 and this morning I can't remember anything after getting past that number. So I was just wondering for all you mylotters out there. What is the highest amount of sheep you've gotten to =). Or if you don't what helps you go to sleep?
