I really hate my boss. Only know how to blame others when there is something happen. We are sales department that sell personal loan. At first, i was told that the comission will paid base on approval cases and asked me to brief others. But after a while, he had changed and the comission will paid base on S&P sign and he blame me and saying that i didnt brief the correct information to all staff. But in fact, i also dont know the comission paid out is base on S&P sign because i was told differently. Besides, every time i gave him suggestion, he will reject my suggestion without consider. But after 1-2 months, he will take my suggestion as his idea. What kind of bosses you have? You like your boss?
