Bukisa: What do they mean by qualified viewers?

Hi, i have 3 articles up on Bukisa but i don't really get what qualified views mean even after i read the FAQ. On one article i actually have 10 views but only 7 of them are qualified viewers. I'm confused!

hi. i also joined seeing discussion from mylot regarding bukisa. but after submitting 4 article. two article get returned. another two article do not have even single view after 10 days. am quite confusing about that.

Hi sankaviaks! You can get views by posting your article's URL on your facebook account. You can also ask your friends to help you spread word about your article by asking them to put the URL on their facebook account as well.

Probably it's because the readers of your articles come from the same IP address.
